Wow! It's been forever since I've posted on here! I have been sick the past week or two and in that time have totally fallen off the bandwagon! I really realized why I always give up on weight loss, and it's because it's easier to not try. I soooooo could have eaten well in the time I was sick, but noooooo haha. I had to just go bonkers. I really am tired of failing myself. My weight really doesn't affect anyone, but me. When I cheat I only hurt myself. So tomorrow I'm getting back in the groove. I'm a big fan of excuses when it comes to weight loss haha so I need to stop those and just do it.

Writing in my blog kept me on track and then I went down hill from there. So I'm going to start logging my days again and keeping track of my calories. Its not that I'm lacking long term motivation, like what kind of clothes I want to wear etc. It's this day by day motivation that gets me down. Hopefully I can overcome this and reach my goals!

As they say "Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.”

I hope everyone is doing well and is striving to meet their goals as well!

Day Four & Five!

My internet was down last night! So I didn't get to enter in my final calories. I was under my goal though haha! It was pretty much the same as always. So today went well! I ate well, and I'm actually not craving bad food. Day one was the hardest! So I'm glad I'm passed that. With week one almost done, it's going to be easier from here on out.

My weigh in was on Friday! I love 2 pounds in four day!!! I never realized how important it was to count calories. I think that's why I failed most of the time. I ate too much, and I didn't eat the best healthy food! Something in the air feels different this time around! I feel like I'm probably losing more weight than the scale is showing. I've been doing a lot of straight training lately. Does anyone else feel like they are gaining muscle, but not losing fat? Hopefully next week I'll start really seeing a difference. I burn about 900 cals per 60 minutes of turbo jam. Hopefully that will start catching up!!

If anyone interested in Turbo Jam here is the place you get it. As far as I know you can only get it online, not in stores for some reason haha. It's a bit pricey, but for me it was worth it. I wish I would have found Turbo Jam videos before I bought the other dvd's that don't work! You live and learn I guess! I hope everyone has/had a great day! Great work everyone! It's crazy to see people changing right before your eyes! Thanks for all the support! It has really kept me on track :)
